TES Events had used the same registration company for many years. We took the decision in 2008 to look into new suppliers who could be more adaptable to our needs. EAS impressed us with their attitude of putting the event organisers firmly in the driving seat, rather than offering us what they felt would be best for us, based on packages available. They delivered an online booking system for our delegates to book seminars based on our requirements, listened carefully and gave good input into how our front of house should operate and have always been available to answer an queries we have had along the way. They are a professional organisation who are able to make you feel lie you are their only client in their approach to making sure you get what you need from them.
