United Nations
EAS first started working with the United Nations on a project established by Kofi Annan in 2004. Produced every three years, The Global Compact Leaders Summit saw C-level VIP executives from the fortune 500 companies gather in New York (2004) and Geneva (2007). Initially EAS was brought on to manage the delegate entry onsite at the UN Headquarters in New York.
For the 2007 event, the UN called upon EAS in a much larger capacity. Specifically, EAS was employed to develop and manage the entire visitor management process from the development of the website to the invitation to event and hotel bookings and finally the onsite fulfilment. EAS worked closely with both the UN event management team as well as the UN security teams from Geneva, Austria and the US. As per the high security requirements, EAS implemented a full photo badging system for the event and we can proudly say that no visitors experienced any delay in gaining access to the event.
In addition, over the past year, EAS has been running the Accreditation project for the United Nation’s Irena Projects based in Abu Dhabi. |
