Account Manager

The EAS Group are looking for confident and enthusiastic Account Managers.  We have positions available in both our UK and UAE offices.

EAS is a leading database development and event registration company, with established offices in both the UK and the Middle East.  The positions will report directly to the General Manager EMEA and have responsibility for both delivery and budgetary targets.

Our clients worldwide include the likes of World Future Energy Summit, World Travel Market, Arabian Travel Market, World Skills, F&E Aerospace, London Fashion Week.

The roles include full account management of EAS exhibition and registration solutions, delivery of client projects within budget and agreed timelines, full on-site management of projects – including technical set up and working with our global development team.  Travel within the UAE, the UK and other locations is required, when needed.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes

  • At least 3+ years’ experience working within the events industry in an operational or marketing type role
  • Confident, sociable and be a strong communicator
  • Flexible working hours – willingness to work ‘event’ hours a must
  • Computer literate with attention to details and maintaining accuracy
  • Have good IT skills
  • Organized and confident to work independently and efficiently under pressure
  • Numeric ability
  • Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease

Junior Account Executive

The EAS Group are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our UK office.  

EAS is a leading database development and event registration company, with established offices in both the UK and the Middle East.  Our clients worldwide include the likes of World Future Energy Summit, World Travel Market, Arabian Travel Market, World Skills, F&E Aerospace, KNect365, London Fashion Week.

The role includes

  • Manage and coordinate external suppliers – including printers, technical support, IT hire and temporary staff
  • Assisting with writing of system specifications of new projects to our development team –including system functionality, design, user experience and how the system will work at the event.
  • Provide a support function to other EAS Account Managers, General Manager EMEA and Directors where needed
  • Full account progress reporting to General Manager EMEA
  • Travel within the UK, the UAE and other locations as required, when needed.

With training and supervision you will grow to take on account management of EAS exhibition registration and database solutions; delivery of client projects within budget and to agreed timelines and on-site management of projects – including technical set up, reporting and managing temporary staff.

You would be working within a small team, in a busy but friendly and fun working environment.   You will be encouraged to take control of your own workload and deadlines, with regular reporting to the General Manager EMEA but with the full support of the team and in position training.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes

  • possess an outgoing nature, with strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • proficient using Microsoft excel
  • be creative in problem solving and delivering end solutions to clients

  • willing to work ‘event hours’ i.e. weekends and evenings when required

Business Development Executive

The EAS Group are looking for a Business Development Executive to join us in our UK Office.

EAS is a leading database development and event registration company, with established offices in both the UK and the Middle East.  Our clients worldwide include the likes of World Future Energy Summit, World Travel Market, Arabian Travel Market, World Skills, F&E Aerospace, KNect365, London Fashion Week.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

  • Qualifying leads and selling EAS registration solutions both over the telephone and face to face
  • Create daily lead sources
  • Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
  • Learn to fully understand the benefits and costs that EAS Registration solutions offer and communicate these truthfully to each prospective business in order to align with that businesses objectives.
  • Daily and weekly update reporting to the General Manager EMEA on agreed targets for lead generation within the designated market area.
  • Monthly reporting on completed business to the General Manager EMEA and Directors.

Basic salary package with OTE package.
