EAS provides intelligent registration solutions to the events industry. We are so confident in the quality of our bespoke software systems that our service delivery includes live management of the registration process for events with attendance ranging from 100 to 200,000 delegates.

Still relatively new, and still able to send a chill down any marketer’s back, GDPR doesn’t stop us using the invaluable data we collect at events. We can advise you on restrictions and ensure your software solution collates the data you need.

Where do we start?

You tell us what you want, and we look at what our current modules offer to create a bespoke solution to meet your needs. In the unlikely event we don’t have software capable of the function you want, we’ll get our developers onto it! We’re about solutions, quite literally! 

What if things change?

Our event experience means we won’t be surprised if your needs change as the project progresses. Regular reviews with your account manager enable you to flag potential changes early, and our systems are flexible so making changes is rarely a problem.

The marketing opportunities from data collected before, during and after an event are almost limitless. As we explore your system requirements, we will review data collection and usage to see if improvements can be made and which modules of the software facilitate these.
