Manned Terminal Onsite System – New Registration
Full functionality of the registration system is available within the onsite system. A shortened version of the registration form is available for the terminal staff to be able to register and badge someone quickly and efficiently. The system easily integrates with passport scanners and webcams for adding photographs and documents into the registration.
Self-Registration Options – New Registration – Badge Printing – Photo Capture
Multiple options for self-registration, including fast badge print using touchscreen options and UIN, scanning from paper or mobile. New registration form options. Photo capture options are also available.
Onsite Scanning and Access Control
Using live check in scanning we can provide real time statistics and check in control. Providing real time onsite tracking and validation of passes; access areas, timings and photographs can be set within the system for additional security. Our scanners work with both paper and mobile badging. We also have 4g scanning applications for remote areas.
Regular Scanning (Non live)
Due to some shows having a large number of entrances or limited budget for VLANs, we use standalone scanners which require no connection to the database.
Onsite Attendance Reporting
The main System dashboard shows attendance within each registration type in real time as the attendee checks in. This can work from pre-set tracking which includes onsite prints, access control or non-live scanner imports.
Lead Retrieval Applications
EAS has a simple lead retrieval system that collects only the UIN of each individual and matches to our system on synchronisation.
