Fully Customisable forms for multiple attendee types
Multiple forms are available which can be linked and triggered through conditional responses. Reporting functionality is available for ALL fields collected in forms and can be chosen individually and filtered or using pre-set reports within the system for those that are required on regular basis.

Mandatory fields can be assigned as requested and a message will show if a user has not completed a mandatory field preventing access to the next step of the registration process without compliance.
The system has a full suite of automated emails. These can be amended by the client teams and additional templates set up as and when required. There is also a rule administration area, as new emails are set up, they can be linked to a specific task.
Our development team are experts in API connectivity and have experience in connecting to a variety of bespoke and off the shelf packages.
There is also the option to use the discount code system to restrict access to specific registration type forms, such as speakers or sponsors.

By using our advanced administration application, you are able to control the entire registration process – whether searching and updating individual applicants, running reports or editing event information – everything is at your fingertips with an easy-to-use management system.
The EAS system can provide full reporting across the whole spectrum of requirements. Any data or documents within the system can be used for reporting. We suggest that regular reports are programmed as push button within the system and then any customised additional reports can be chosen by the client within the filters.
A discount code management suite is included within the client area which enables adding and editing discount codes directly into the live system. Discount codes can be used here to link to event accounts (exhibitors) or freestanding. Codes can be added individually, or a bulk import feature enables multiple codes to be added at one time.
