EAS's Challenge
EAS was contracted by the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant in order to supply full accreditation services for the near 40,000 participants in the Pageant. These people were required access to the Pageant vessels or a restricted bridge.

EAS's Solution
The time allocated to set up and implement the necessary accreditation system was short. EAS programmed its Accredit software in order to take registrations and allow both the Pageant staff and the Metropolitan Police to vet attendees to the event.
In addition to supplying the technology, EAS managed the complete mailing of Royal Barge "boarding passes" to visitors as well as co-ordinating wristband distribution in the lead up to the event. On the day EAS was stationed in three strategic locations.

• Strand Palace Hotel - Wristband Distribution (for access for Press and VIPs)
• The Wapping River Police Station - Working with the Met Police
• Imperial Wharf - managing the VIP ticket collection while they boarded their vessels.

EAS's Result
With the eyes of the world on London and The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, this was a highly sensitive security situation. EAS's Accredit system met and exceeded the highly demanding accreditation needs of the event. High volumes of participants and guests were processed according to strict accreditation criteria and passed into secure areas with speed and ease - most taking just minutes to gain access.
