To manage and implement accreditation across co-located events within a short time frame. High volumes of attendees plus many VIP's added to the challenge.

Case Study: Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week – IRENA (International Renewable Energy Agency General Assembly) and World Future Energy Summit
Live Dates: Annual, January
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Client: United Nations/IRINA and Reed Exhibitions

EAS's Challenge
To manage and implement accreditation across co-located events within a short time frame. High volumes of attendees plus many VIP's added to the challenge.

EAS's Solution
We have worked closely with the United Nations (UN) and Reed Exhibitions in UAE over a number of years so knew exactly where the challenges were and how best to address them. In fact we first started working with the UN The Global Compact Leaders Summit, a project established by Kofi Annan in 2004.
Our team in Abu Dhabi designed a multifunctional system to accommodate the events. Our priority was ensuring the significant number of government leaders and officials and other VIP's were not inconvenienced or delayed in anyway.

EAS's Result
We successfully accredited a significant number of the 30,000 attendees from 150 countries during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week and are contracted to handle the World Future Energy Summit and IRINA going forward
