EAS's Challenge
To build a bespoke database system enabling the Labour Party to take registrations for the Labour Conference and the Electoral College. These projects were particularly crucial at this time because they coincided with the lead up to the election of the next Prime Minister.

EAS's Solution
In developing the system, EAS worked closely with the Manchester Police Department to ensure that all aspects of the programming were completely secure for both pre-registration and onsite ticketing at the events themselves. With the installation of our system, approval turn-around time was reduced from up to 2 weeks to just 2 days.

EAS's Result
So successful and positive the impact of the first event implemented by us that Gordon Brown thanked us in person, taking time out to see us on site. We now successfully accredit up to 10,000 conference attendees annually via a system which is fully integrated with the Manchester police (regardless of location from one year to the next). In addition to this, the internal database system we developed for The Labour Party is effectively utilised for over 100 events per year.
