EAS's Challenge
In its 20th edition year - improve and enhance the whole registration service plus introduce The Data Pilot to further enhance exhibitor service levels to help evolve the show.
EAS's Solution
EAS immediately embarked on a consultative process with the client and client’s team in UAE to audit current system and integrate essential elements into EAS’s registration platform. Unique to UAE edition services and facilities were incorporated to meet the needs of this established event in the region.
EAS focused on communicating the changes, benefits and enhanced offering of the registration system and lead capture service to exhibitors from over 87 countries. To ensure the system was as accessible as possible. AWTM customised questions and responses/customised follow up actions were created to ensure exhibitors could appreciate and realise the more advanced features of the system. During the actual event free Wi-Fi access points were secured and promoted to ensure exhibitors realised the benefits of real-time synchronisation while in a Wi-Fi zone or EAS hotspot. EAS visited every single Data Pilot user to optimise customer satisfaction and service levels
EAS's Result
Reed Travel Exhibitions credited EAS with being a major contributor to the increase in visitor numbers - 20,000 visitors up from 17,575
Following success of WTMLM use of top line exhibitor data available to organiser, including total number of leads captured – ATM sales team identified exhibitor success rate and therefore re-book potential
Exhibitor satisfaction feedback at its highest level and exhibitors reporting an increase in ROI
